Permanent Makeup (PMU) Policies
Permanent Makeup services require significant time, preparation, and materials. To ensure fairness and protect the time set aside for you, please review our PMU policies before booking.
💳 Deposits
• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the service fee is required to book all PMU appointments.
• Deposits cannot be applied to other services, transferred to another person, or moved to a different date once scheduled.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
• Deposits can be paid by cash or credit card (3.5% card fee applies).
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a PMU appointment.
• Rescheduling/canceling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.
• A new 50% deposit is required to rebook.
• No-call, no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may result in being restricted from future PMU bookings.
⏰ Running Late
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and prep.
• Excessive lateness may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
🚫 Refund Policy
• All PMU service fees and deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not guaranteed, but exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Pretty Little Face LLC management.

General Policies
(Lashes, Skincare, Waxing & Other Services)
We strive to respect both your time and ours. Please review our general policies before booking any service other than PMU.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% cancellation fee of the service.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Any cancellation/no-show fees must be paid before booking future services.
⏰ Running Late
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to avoid delays.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, but the full service price still applies.
• Excessive lateness may result in cancellation and loss of booking privileges.
👁 Lash Extension Refill Policy
• We do not accept foreign fills (from other salons).
• 2-Week Refill (1–15 days): Eligible for two-week pricing (unless excessive loss requires more time/lashes).
• 3-Week Refill (16–22 days): Eligible for three-week pricing (may require more lashes/time).
• Beyond 3 Weeks: Considered a full set.
✨ Proper lash care (no oils, rubbing, or pulling) will extend retention.
💵 Refund Policy
• All service fees are non-refundable.
• Products: Final sale, unless defective/incorrect. Issues must be reported within 14 days.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Pretty Little Face LLC management.
💳 Payments
• Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
